While the language of OSHA's Occupational Noise Standard (CFR 29 1910.95) may appear convoluted, its dictates are rather straightforward, according to Renee Bessette, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and Marketing Manager, Sperian Hearing Protection, LLC.
